In addition to communicating with us about a range of different production issues, this site contains facilities to enable on-line financial transactions such as membership registration, and ticket bookings.

7.1 Making a Transaction

You may choose to either submit your transaction on-line, complete with payment, through our secure server or print out your form and post with payment to Ignatians.

You warrant that information provided by you is complete, current, accurate and is not misleading, and that you will not misrepresent your identity. 7.2  Cancellations

Tickets purchased for Ignatians productions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Password protected members only section

This site includes a secure section for members of Ignatians that can only be accessed by logging in using the member password.

You must maintain the confidentiality of the member password and are required to logout of the members-only section as soon as you have finished your session.

9. General disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, all implied terms (including conditions and warranties) are excluded. The Ignatians Inc. liability (including liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages and costs you might incur in any way arising out of any breach or implied condition or warranty or otherwise in connection with your use of the website will be limited, so far as permitted by law, to Ignatians at its own option either supplying the relevant part of the Site again or paying the cost of having the part of the Site supplied again.
